We take out the hard work so you can relax and enjoy your event. Our basic set up includes a hand crafted Posh style bar with umbrella, premium cocktails, complete with cocktail rims, garnishes, plastic cups, and straws. For an additional charge we can also provide balloon garlands, signage, custom bar, custom napkins, menu, customized cups and more.

Yes! Our double-tank machine lets you have split flavors — with or without alcohol. For larger events with more than 200 servings, we suggest a single flavor to ensure consistent freezing and uninterrupted service because the tanks will be refilled periodically as service continues.

This depends on a few factors. Weather, alcohol ratios and access to the venue. Please allow up to 60 minutes for the machines to slush. On the day of your event we will call you 30 mins prior to arriving. We will arrive 2-3 hours before your event to ensure everything is perfect.

Each bowl of the machine will make approximately 10 liters of frozen beverage. With a standard serving size of 200ml, you get roughly 50 serves per bowl.

Single bowl machine = approx. 50 x 200ml drinks.

Double bowl machine = approx. 100 x 200ml drinks.

We need access to electricity, and a flat surface. For size reference our bar measurements are 50x49x28. Outside bookings are fine, however we need shelter from the rain, this is for your own safety and protection of the machine. Our machine functions best out of direct sun and heat, so we ask that you to pick a cool and shady spot out of direct sunlight to get the most of your slush machine. Extreme heat can affect the slush texture. Please advise us if you are hiring a venue so we with can work with the venue coordinator.

We do not provide alcohol for cocktails due to licensing. We will send you a detailed list of recommended alcohol to add to your chosen cocktail.

Yes, we will do everything from setting up the bar and slushy machine to the packdown and cleaning. All you need to do is supply the alcohol and the mix then let the party begin.

We currently only service up to 25 miles from Birmingham, AL.

Longer distances may add an overnight fee.

Please note: Alcohol doesn’t freeze – that’s science! The more alcohol you add to the premix the longer it will take to turn into a frozen beverage. However, if you add more than we have suggested, it may not freeze at all. So, remember to add the right amount and drink responsibly!

Please do not add your own mix to the cocktail machines. The slushy mix is very specific as it contains sugar that solidifies and makes the contents frozen. It is essential that the ratios are correct as it will damage the machines or possibly not freeze if the ratios are not correct. Please refrain from putting anything in the machines that is not the specific alcohol or you may be liable for damages. If you are worried you may run out of slushy mix we have additional refills for an extra fee for your machine. This can be organized prior to your event.
